William L. Schwartz was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Schwartz is a proud graduate of Loyola Blakefield in Towson, Maryland. After graduating from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) with a B.A. in English, Mr. Schwartz attended the University of Baltimore School of Law where he graduated cum laude in 2024. While in law school, Mr. Schwartz was a law clerk for a prominent Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury firm located in Timonium, Maryland, a Rule 19 Student Attorney in the Criminal Defense and Advocacy Clinic, and he participated in a program where he taught Medical Malpractice Law to medical students at Johns Hopkins Medical School. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Schwartz relocated from Baltimore to the Eastern Shore to join the firm of Cockey, Brennan & Maloney.
Although Mr. Schwartz has only been on the shore for a short time, he has wasted no time getting involved in the local community. Mr. Schwartz is a member of the Wicomico County Bar Association and the Wicomico County Rotary Club.
