Ashley A. Bosché

Ashley Bosché is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer focusing on civil litigation. She has tried cases before juries in both Federal and Maryland State courts and has handled appeals in the Fourth Circuit and before both appellate courts in Maryland. Her civil litigation practice is diverse. In addition to having an active personal injury practice, Ms. Bosché has successfully helped both businesses and individuals involved in disputes arising out of contracts, insurance, employment and civil rights matters. Ms. Bosché also serves as the City Solicitor of the City of Salisbury.

In addition to her background as a trial lawyer, Ms. Bosché is very active in the legal community. She is a member of the District 1 Trial Courts Judicial Nominating Commission, past President of the Wicomico County Bar Association and the Lower Eastern Shore Women's Bar Association and is Treasurer of the Maryland Employment Lawyer's Association. In 2021, Ms. Bosché was an honoree of The Daily Record's Leading Women award. She was also recognized as one of Maryland's power players for The Daily Record's 2025 Employment Law Power List.

A native of Berlin, Maryland, Ms. Bosché graduated from High Point University summa cum laude and with All University Honors. She then graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she was a Production Editor of Law Review and a member of the Heuisler Honor Society. Ms. Bosché was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Arrie W. Davis of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals prior to joining CBM Law.
