Kyle A. Gankiewicz is a first-generation attorney born in Hamilton, New Jersey with deep ties to the Eastern Shore community. Mr. Gankiewicz joined CBM in 2024 as a Law Clerk before becoming an associate attorney. Mr. Gankiewicz handles a wide range of legal matters including corporate law, landlord/tenant, contract disputes, real estate, and civil litigation.

After graduating summa cum laude from The College of New Jersey, Mr. Gankiewicz attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law as a Dean's Merit Scholar and earned his J.D. in 2024. While in law school, Mr. Gankiewicz worked as a transactional legal writing teaching assistant to first-year law students. Mr. Gankiewicz also gained invaluable experience counseling startups and small businesses as a student attorney in Villanova's Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship.

Since relocating to the Eastern Shore, Mr. Gankiewicz quickly became involved in his local community. Mr. Gankiewicz is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, Wicomico County Bar Association, and the Young Professionals of Ocean City, Maryland.
